Social network privacy policy

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, from 13 December, from the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law (LOPD) and Law 34/2002, from 11 July, the Services Law for the information society and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), SBELLNECK SLU informs its users that it has created a social network profile in Facebook, Tuenti, Twitter and Instagram, with the aim of advertising its products and services.

The user has a profile in the Social Network and has decided to join it to the website created by SBELLNECK SLU, showing an interest in the information published online. Upon joining our website, you give consent to the processing of the personal data published in your profile.

The user can access the Social Network privacy policy at any time, and configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.

SBELLNECK SLU has access and processes the user´s public information, especially their contact name. This data can only be used within the Social Network. They are not incorporated into a file.

Relative to the right to access, change, cancellation and opposition, they can be exercised before SBELLNECK SLU, in accordance with the LOPD, noting the following details:

•       Access: This is defined by the operation of the Social Network and capacity to access the information of the user´s profiles.
•       Change: This can only be done relative to the information under the control of SBELLNECK SLU, for example, deleting comments

published on the webpage. Normally this right can be exercised before the

Social Network.

•       Cancellation and/or Opposition: Like in the previous case, it can only be satisfied for the information found under SBELLNECK SLU´s control, for example, not being joined to the profile.

SBELLNECK SLU will perform the following actions:

•       Access the profile´s public information.
•       Publish all information already published on the SBELLNECK SLU website onto the user profile.
•       Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network media.
•       Updates of the website published on the user profile.

The user can always control their connections, delete content that doesn´t interest them and restrict whomever shares their connections, for this they must access their privacy configurations.
